B2B Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master

Position exclusively for individuals located in Argentina. Please note that it will not be 100% remote, but a hybrid model, with 1 to 3 days onsite (to be defined) at an office located in CABA.

Technical skills needed

  • 3+ years of proven experience as Scrum Master/Delivery Manager
  • Experience in application development or elsewhere in SDLC;
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle;
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) Methodology;
  • Fluent in English, with good communication and reporting skills;
  • Technical background (QA/BA/Developer).
  • Minimum english language level: B2. If you don’t know your level you can take a 15 minutes test here: EF Standard English Test

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Agile environment to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development;
  • Primary focus on the development process and delivery process/determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Ensures the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Leads and Business Analysts;
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases;
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Help developers resolve technical problems, through the collaboration with technical leads, as well as human resources issues;
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

As a  Delivery Manager of one of our 5 product development teams in Kiev you will have the opportunity to work on a very complex product with microservice architecture (50+ for now) and communicate with our Product, QA, Business analytics, Architecture and Customer Support teams to help improve product quality.        Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with the other Delivery Managers

From a technology standpoint you will also have the opportunity to work with and develop the following technology stack which we use in our product development:

• For Back End development we use .Net Framework technologies, C# and Net Core (3.1.1) etc.
• For Front End development we use React JS framework (Java Script ES6+).

On a daily basis we use additional technology stacks including: Node.JS, ASP.Net Core, Microsoft Azure, AWS, MS SQL, API, Dapper, HTML, CSS, CQRS and many others.
