B2B Senior Business Analyst/System Analyst

Position exclusively for individuals located in Argentina. Please note that it will not be 100% remote, but a hybrid model, with 1 to 3 days onsite (to be defined) at an office located in CABA.

Technical skills needed

  • 5+ years of experience in a role Business or Functional Analyst.
  • Proficient in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional requirements, system diagrams, wireframes;
  • Understanding of key UX/UI practices and processes;
  • Experience of working with Restful APIs (writing requirements, API usage);
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of architecture of WEB- based application.
  • Experience of working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN.
  • Minimum english language level: B2. If you don’t know your level you can take a 15 minutes test here: EF Standard English Test

Would be a plus

  • Experience in enterprise software development or finance domain.
  • Knowledge of the card payment processing in Retail/eComm and understanding of concepts of integrations with payment processors/gateways.
  • Experience in delivery of desktop and web-applications.
  • Experience of successful system integration project.
  • Experience in Microservices architecture.

Soft skills needed

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – proactiveness is important.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with ability to keep overall solution in mind.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, running concurrent projects and manage BA work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills, ability to handle multitasking activities.
