B2B Strong/Middle DB Developer

Position exclusively for individuals located in Argentina. Please note that it will not be 100% remote, but a hybrid model, with 1 to 3 days onsite (to be defined) at an office located in CABA.

Technical skills needed

  • 3+ years of practical work with MS SQL Server (different versions including 2016+);
  • Experience in the development and refactoring of complex stored procedures;
  • Experience in optimization procedures and performance tuning for MS SQL Server;
  • Understanding of execution plans;
  • Experience in SQL code debugging;
  • Experience with MS Reporting Services, DWH, ETL;
  • Refactoring;
  • Minimum english language level: B2. If you don’t know your level you can take a 15 minutes test here: EF Standard English Test

Would be a plus

  • Experience with SSIS;
  • Experience of creating of SQL Unit tests;
  • CI/CD experience (Git, Jenkins);
  • Working within a Scrum team;
  • MS Analysis Services.

Soft skills needed

  • Ability to build positive working relationships and work collaboratively with other team members;
  • Pro-active approach to involvement and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

  • design and develop database applications with large amount of business logic on DB level to support current business needs.
  • contribute to all aspects of project life cycle from design to deployment to include design, code, unit test
  • collaboration with other technical members of the team to carry out the project requirements and deliverables
